The extension is not released yet; full guides will be added at launch. Below is what we can say now.
Getting started (after launch)
- Add VDLGo from your browser's store.
- On first run, choose whether to enable detection on all sites.
- Open a page, play the video, and open the list from the toolbar icon.
- Pick an item and quality, then save.
When saving does not work
- DRM-protected video cannot be saved.
- Sites that forbid downloading, such as YouTube, show a not-supported message.
- Keys that need a login, or schemes that need a license server, are not supported.
- The screen is designed to show the reason (auth, network, size and so on).
